He always calls me at nine in the morning.

我们吃饭以前要洗手。
Before eating, we have to wash our hands.

他吃完饭会马上刷牙。
After he finishes eating, he will brush his teeth at once.

我的家人很喜欢吃北方菜。
My family likes eating northern food.

我不能吃辣。
I can't eat spicy food.

To talk about doing two things at the same time, put 一边 (yìbiān, at the same time) before each of the two actions.

我喜欢一边洗澡，一边唱歌。
(Wǒ xǐhuān yìbiān xǐzǎo, yìbiān chànggē.) I like to sing and shower at the same time.

她一边跑步，一边听音乐。
(Tā yìbiān pǎobù, yìbiān tīng yīnyuè.) She runs and listens to music at the same time.

我爸爸一边刷牙，一边跳舞。
(Wǒ bàba yìbiān shuāyá, yìbiān tiàowǔ.) My father brushes teeth and dances at the same time.
