Nos vemos means See you!
You've already seen that algún, algo, and alguien mean some, something, and someone.
But you can also use them to say any, anything, and anyone.
Algún always comes before a noun, and it changes to alguna if the noun is feminine.
The verb venir has special forms in the past.
