Add an s to both the adjective and the noun if the noun is plural!
In English, we say my brother and my sister. But in French, if you say my sister (or any other feminine noun) the form you use for my, your, his, and her changes. And if you have more than one brother or sister, the form changes again!

To introduce someone, use c’est for one person and ce sont for more than one person.
